By using the restala.com website or any app published by Restala Studio (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Description of the Services
Restala Studio is an independent studio that develops and publishes mobile and web apps. Our Services may include motivational and inspirational content, widgets, themes and similar features. We may change, improve or discontinue features of the Services without prior notice.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with the law. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or modify the Services;
- Attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Services;
- Manipulate ad systems or watch rewarded ads using automated tools;
- Use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of others.
04Intellectual property
All content, design, software, graphics, logos and the "Restala" and "Inspira" brands in the Services belong to Restala Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
05Subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Payments are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. We have no access to your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in the account settings of the respective store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies and must be made through the respective store.
06Rewarded ads and virtual rewards
Some of our apps may offer virtual rewards — such as points, themes or temporary feature access — in exchange for watching an ad. Virtual rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another account. We reserve the right to change the scope and availability of rewards.
07Advertising
The Services may contain ads served by third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob). We are not responsible for advertisers' products or services. Data processing related to ads is described in our Privacy Policy.
08Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. The motivational and inspirational content in our apps is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Restala Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.
10Termination
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
12Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
